Iced Soy Latte

When you decide to cut dairy out of your diet in wintertime you don't realize how you'll miss that good old iced latte in the warmer months. Even though I was the biggest fan of the classic iced latte I used to drink, I'm just blessing soy milk and am so grateful it does exist.

Preparing iced latte is so easy and quick, and you just need to remember to have some ice in your freezer, but for the rest it's just the easiest thing to do but I love how refreshing but still super delicious iced latte is especially when the weather is so hot and I don't really want to drink anything warm. What I do is simply throw six ice cubes in a glass or cup, then fill half of it with freshly prepared coffee and half with soy milk then add some sugar, and it's done. I really dislike how soy milk taste on its own - not to mention how I hate vanilla soy milk - but with coffee it's so good and you can't actually taste the soy flavor which I'm not always a fan of.

Should I try iced soy chai latte? Yes, I should. And maybe in wintertime I will love some classic and warm soy chai latte as well!

How do you like your coffee in summertime? Are you a soy milk fan?
